Not exactly a banner day in terms of productivity. I spent a good hunk of my time dorking around the house, cleaning up and hitting up Family Dollar (which I just noticed is one of the WORST sites I’ve seen in a long, long time. Can you say “1998″?). After some conversation and confusion about what to do, Shelly and I figured we’d hit up Great Lakes Crossing and get in a little shopping and sushi. Though, by the time we got there, shopping wasn’t really an option since the place was going to close in an hour or two. So really, we just walked around, got her some new shoes and found ourselves back at our sushi hub, Miyako. The food was good, but a little on the disappointing side. I guess they hired a new itamae and he clearly had a different style than the guy we’re used to. Again, not that it was bad in any way, just not the same.
